The CINTECH Process:

Candidate Profile:
For each position that we mutually determine to submit you to, a "Candidate Profile" is prepared. The profile package contains a qualified summary discussing how your experience relates to the job request, references, and background information from our interview. We do the up front work for the client, allowing them to quickly move to the interview and hiring decision.

Broadcasting Resumes:
CINTECH does not  broadcast (spam) your resume. We work with you, our candidate, and act as your representative.  We have a reputation for presenting qualified candidates and are very successful in arranging personal interviews. Your authorization is requested before submitting your profile to a specific client. This acknowledges your right to control where your resume is submitted and gives CINTECH the right to represent you for that specific position, reducing the chance of duplicate resumes.

Contract Employment:
When a client wants to have you as a contract employee on a project, you become an employee of CINTECH.  We will agree on the hourly rate you will be paid, and we will sign a fixed length contract. You will submit your time sheets to CINTECH and receive your paycheck from us. We withhold the tax level you specify on your W4 form, along with FICA, unemployment tax, worker's compensation, and any of the benefit-related deductions.  CINTECH pays all IRS employer-related contributions. We stay in touch with you throughout the extent of your contract. If there is interest on your part to extend your contract, CINTECH will work to get a contract continuation. Upon completion of a contract, with your permission, we will market your services elsewhere.

Permanent Employment:
CINTECH also assists candidates in securing a position as a full-time employee. We serve as your advocate and represent your skills and career expectations to potential employers. Arrangements can also be made to contract for an initial period followed by a full-time job offer. In this case, your paycheck will be paid by your new employer as well as all benefits agreed upon.
